It's called freedom of speech. He has the right to express his opinions, just like the rest of us.

I don't necessarily agree with his views, but I hate the way that the media / government create hysteria around people like AQ to distract the public from more important issues.

Whatever we're led to think, Jordan ain't the nicest place to be. Do we really want to risk sending someone who's little more than a loudmouth, to his possible death?

There are far worse people than Abu Qatada walking free in this country.
