been online for few minutes now on Solo.
 
Gonna wait a few days before testing out online. Read that they are in a frenzy buying new servers or some other nerdy stuff I cant make sense of
 
The simple fact is, if 10% of the people that bought it want to play online, it's around two million people and it's pretty much guaranteed that it will be more than 10%. I don't care how good your servers are with that amount of people, you better have a bloody lot of them.

It's a regular occurrence with MMO's, never try to play them for the first week or two, there are always major problems because demand outstrips supply by a huge margin and it takes the provider/developer that long to get a stable platform.

why cant they just buy more servers........

They will be getting more servers, but you never buy more than you initially think you need, and go from there, which is why it's always chaos at the start.
 
Got in a watched a cut scene where my bloke flew into SA before being met at the airport. Got dropped off at a car race thingy and then the servers went offline!

Will wait for a while I think.

Not sure why I thought that looking back.
 
completed flight school with Franklin

also have completed all the main mission and invested the $41M take whilst doing the assassination mission and ended up with $2.1 billion so have been spending a bit!
 
I am just on the first assassination mission and before I do it I know to go and buy stocks with each character but for some reason when I go online and go into the BAWSAQ it says its down for maintenance?

Any ideas?

There is two stock markets, Bawsaq is for GTA online (and some strangers and freaks tips), use the LCN.
 
every time i try and update the game it freezes my ps3, wrecking my head, and the code i got with the game for flying the blimp never worked either, great game, but small things like this are annoying
