Well, this has all escalated quickly, every news outlet in the world is covering us!

Pleased to announce that we are donating the remaining £400 to Jumpspace later today.

Brilliant effort, blues.

A heartfelt thanks to those who put our charity forward. I can't tell you how grateful we are, and I can assure you that this kind donation will go towards improving the lives of disabled children across Greater Manchester. The generosity of City fans - as ever - knows no bounds.

Love from me, Paul and everyone at Jump Space xxx

In case anyone missed this. Excellent news.

I can honestly say this is the best I have felt since Roberto was sacked. Makes me feel so so proud to be a Blue. Lots of people have said stuff I really agree with for example "Glad the celeb fans did not add their cash" so everybody can see what brilliant and classy fans us Blues are. Thanks and well done to Adam and all involved as someone who will always be proud to be one of the 700.
City the Best Team in the land and all the world - and its Loud, Proud Loyal fans.

Ciao Roberto - We loved you and still do, you will always be with us, our history will speak of your time with us - but now we all move on to the next level on the way upwards - hopefully - CTID !!!!!

Got to be. Or maybe a shrine with a candle that never goes out to represent the undying love we all feel for our hero.

I work for WHSmith, I have arranged for a number of stores to hopefully have (very limited) stock of this edition tomorrow. I say hopefully as foreign newspapers have a tendency to arrive a day late or not at all! I will post an update on availability tomorrow.

The stores are-

Altrincham, Ashton, Bolton, Bury, Manchester Arndale, Manchester west one, Oldham, Middleton, Rochdale, Sale, Stretford, Trafford and Stockport.

Stock will be available to personal callers to the stores on a first come first served basis. Please note- we cannot take payment over the phone nor can we reserve stock.

I doubt we will be able to meet demand but at least a few people will be able to get hold of a copy....I got as many copies as I could!

Blues - you have your best chance in Trafford - there'll be no takers for this in Rag Country
