That works out at no more than £4m p.a.

I would be interested to hear views or any insider knowledge of what is planned for the commercial development of the campus as I cannot visualise anything that will generate tens of millions in annual profits that will make a big dent in FFP restrictions.

A hotel & some retail/leisure units does not look like a licence to print money to me.

I have used my imagjnation & came up with a hotel and retail/leisure units. Are there any creatives on here or even better someone who actually knows what is planned?
