So I guess it's another year for us being laughing stock in Europe. Oh well, at least we will qualify for CL with our tiny budget

Where oh where do we get these people from?
And do they have a returns policy?
Top fan he is.

Is it possible that Pep has signed an agreement with a buy out clause? He's due to start with them, but another job becomes available and to buy him out this contract the club has to pay Bayern, say £20 million and Pep gets a slice, say £4 million, its possible isn't it?

I'd say it's more likely that he went there because he wants to manage them.

Munich also happens to be a beautiful city only a short drive from the Alps. If I had to choose between there and anywhere in England, I know which one I would go for. Interestingly though, Pep apparently speaks no German, so he will have to take some lessons before arriving there.

Been learning German for months so we are told today which suggests he has had this move in mind for a while.

-- Thu Jan 17, 2013 11:34 pm --

No because Bayern wouldn't take a trainer on those terms I'm sure of it.

Well I'd rather be in the UK than a fucking desert.
That Rag is always slagging off the UK. As you know SWPB, I love Munich, but the UK can stand shoulder to shoulder with anywhere in the world as a place to live.

Pep has first told to the Bayern officials that he could imagine coaching Bayern at the Audi Cup in Munich in 2011.

He watches and analyzes all Bayern matches at least since August and showed a deep knowledge about each Bayern player in talks Hoeness had with him recently.

And he started to learn German intensively in November and already spoke some sentences in German at a phone call he had with Rummenigge on Wednesday evening.
