Harry due in court on Monday 23rd January 2012 (merged)

Pros say that on 11th January 2008 Redknapp wrote to Monaco bank and requested remaining $207,000 transferred to his London HSBC account

Jury told that this was discovered after initial investigation into £300,000 profit made by Redknapp on @rioferdy5 (Rio Ferdinand) transfer from West Ham.

Prosecution tell jury it was significant that Monaco was offshore with "minimal taxation and long history of banking secrecy"

Jury told by prosecution that eventually it will be for them to decide if there was "full and frank disclosure" of the Monaco account

And that's all for today. I'm going outside to broadcast. Trial will resume at 10am tomorrow

cheers for the updates today mate, same again tomorrow if you can! :)

Words cannot describe how stupid you would have to be to open an illicit bank account under your birth year and your pets name. I knew Redknapp wasn't the brightest of the pick but that just seems ridiculous.

Only danger is that lay juries are notorious for getting bored in fraud trials and switch off from listening to the evidence as what they hear is not sexy, doesnt involve fights, sex, murders or weapons and instead is numbers and tax law.

Dozens of photographers waiting for Redknapp and Mandaric to leave Court
