The prosecution barrister's opening statement:
"The first payment could have been an accident, but on the second one he's paid him straight into the bank, it is not the first time the boy has done that and I am sure it won't be the last. I am the last person to talk about getting people sent off to jail and what they should and shouldn't do. But it is blatant."
The prosecution was less than impressed by the suggestion that Harry and his rogue behaviour is merely misunderstood.
"What do you think?" said the barrister. "A lovable rogue? What do you think? He's nothing to do with me and it's up to the jury. I've got my own opinions, but I don't like seeing people evade tax.
It's not something I understand, how can you open a bank account in your dog's name when they are lying on the floor eating a bone. I don't understand it. I don't know. It's done. I'm sure the jury will look at it. They must do, mustn't they?" he added.
