This is quite revealing ...

Prosecution say R told police M had control over account. R didn't mention HE had faxed Monaco instruction to transfer $100,000 to Florida

Naughty, naughty Arry boy!!

-Mandaric told police that the money in Rosie47 was a loan and that he had asked Redknapp to pay it back. R told police it wasn't a loan

-Redknapp told police reason he hadn't told his accountant about existence of Monaco account was because he thought there was no money in it

what is obvious is that 2 very greedy men are happy to grass on each other.

and the biggest victim in all of this, PORTSMOUTH FC, ruined by greed and corruptness.

The opportunities for corruption are so bleedin obvious. Try these:-
1. Manager takes cut from incoming player/agent for share of any upfront fee to player - "I can get you £x from the club, but I want my share"
2. Manager takes cut from departing player/agent - "you are going nowhere son unless I get my share"
3. Manager takes cut from young player/agent on first decent size contract at same club.
4. Manager takes cut bidding club - "if you want my player, I want my share"

And the good news is that you can still do these even if your own club is paying you a percentage on the transfers!

happy days
5. Manager leans on young player to sign with agent whose surname happens to be the same as his own (Ferguson/Allardyce)

Why does this matter?

It's what Rosie 47 says about the account that matters isn't it? After all it was her money.

Or am I barking up the wrong tree?
