It's poor from City, they should have completed the Kane deal first, they have gone and bid 100m for a 3 bed terraced house and then tried to get a 4 bed semi detached on the same road for the same price. Its really bad negotiations and it will result in a much more expensive player or a shambles.

if kane has got it in writing that a agreement was sorted last season that he can leave the next summer if spurs don't win anything then i can understand why.
