Of course now there are greater financial threats to Spurs but I am certain that the business plan does not require us to sell Kane or play in the Champions League. To be fair, it was done 2-5 years before Kun left, and the result is Gabby Jesus. The reality is that 99% of any youngsters you bring in are not going to become world class. They might become good squad players, but replacing Aguero requires the best in the world.
