Spurs is an Investment to ENIC I will give you that but they don't draw much out, the end game for them is the sale.

ENIC sold shares in about 5 other clubs,media companies and entertainment companies to buy Sugar out and pump money into spurs,who now are full of debt.
ENIC's return isn't looking very good to me.
