That no one else was in for Grealish is not relevant to judging his ability or worth. Lots of teams would love to have Grealish but very few could afford to pay his release clause.Not sure, noone else was interested of him for that money i guess.he has a few years to prove that he is that good. Still need a world class striker if we want to fight for all the titles.chelsea is getting stronger and they already beat us 3 times in a row with werner, who seems to be even worse than sterling in front of goal.
Secondly, even if other teams would have paid his release if they could afford it, Jack has been steadfast in wanting to join City so we were literally the only game in town.
Aside from Jack's obvious footballing ability, it's also abundantly clear already that he is going to be very very marketable in a City shirt.
