Every year we have fans from clubs that we're buying from, coming here and saying how actually no deal is happening and everybody else is wrong. You think this Kane situation is different and special. It isn't to us, it happens three times a summer. We go to buy a big fish in a small pond and then the small pond followers bombard us that it's not happening. And it always happens. Ask Villa fans who were confidently ignoring the noise that Grealish was a done deal. Ask the Leicester fans about Mahrez or the Everton fans about Stones or the Liverpool fans about Sterling.
Every summer, we go for a target and fans of the clubs furiously post for the three weeks it takes to get the deal done about how it's not happening and then they disappear forever never to be seen again after we sign them.
Harry Kane is going to be a City player. You know it, I know it, the media knows it. Now we can either dance around this and delusionally pretend it's not happening like the Villa fans did and like you did with Walker or you can just accept that fact and move on with your life.

Have you already forgotten that you paid 100% of the asking price for Grealish?250 k and we call it a deal but that’s just me depending on current market value , CMA and my personal financial situation .
