Harry Kane

Think Levy is worried about the 96m he has to pay HMRC by the end of September..
You may be right and I know jack shit about football finances but I find it hard to believe that selling Kane is the only option Levy has to pay that. We all know how suddenly money is found by football clubs when needed. Like I said you may be right but my mind would be blown if Levy has left himself in that position and hasn't explored other avenues rather than have to sell Spurs talisman.

There's also the little fact that we snubbed Messi on a free because we were obsessed with securing Harold.

Is that a truly a fact or is it just one of the many unfounded rumours that are typically scattered around by the flappers (who, amusingly, think they have greater expertise than the club) at the back end of every transfer window?

this is the least credible journalist in europe probably

he literally said messi landed in paris and 10 minutes later there were pictures of him just chilling in his house, didn't go to paris until 3 days later
Fwiw he is spot on for Serie A transfers.

So you reckon the fans wouldn't be pissed off ? I'm not saying pitchforks at the Etihad and can't believe your take me so Literally haha.

You know for a fact everyone would be annoyed if it all went belly up with no alternative.
Depends on the price. I think a fair number would rather see the club walk away than pay £160m or thereabouts.

If we do pay that, after “negotiating tough” for weeks on end, Levy and others will laugh their bollocks off. Moreover, on top of the £100m for Grealish, we’ll have cemented our reputation for chequebook management.

That doesn't matter to everyone. It’s “not our money” and we’re fortunate to have owners who invest so heavily. For some, though, it does. Just depends how far along the commercialism spectrum you have moved over the last 10 years.

I just went to asda in alty after a meeting. There was a rather tasty looking cheese, onion and mayo sandwich for about £1.50. I took it to the counter and offered a quid, though with a couple of pieces of gum i had in my pocket as part of the deal. We negotiated for a while, though I ended up with a hoisin duck wrap and a packet of hoola hoops....

If Kane was staying at Spurs he would be tweeting something about it, he is their captain. The fact it’s silent means something is going on. Levy will take this to the wire knowing city will have to pay what he wants come dead line day.

we have no plan b unless Ronaldo would come to us which isn’t impossible in this crazy world.

either way our striker search is going to dead line day which is a bit crap planning. We are also getting our pants pulled down either way as we are desperate for a striker.
He's not the Spurs captain.

I just want more debate about gravy on chips.
