I think City simply dont have £150m to spend on another transfer this season without breaking any FFP rules. To even spend £120-130m we most likely have to offload someone like Bernardo Silva. And thats assuming the sale of fringe players like Herrera go through as well.Surely Dortmund would tempted to sell Haaland in this transfer window if City offered them £150mill? If City sign Kane this season, then Haalnad isn't coming to City next season. And with Cavani leaving United at the end if this season, they will go in for Haalnd, which is very worrying.
