Harry Kane

Sterling + £50m

You heard it here first.
No chance spurs will have that
Sterling has had a poor season, but twelve months ago he was one of the most valuable players in the Premier League. If he was leaving, we'd have expected him to go to somewhere like Real Madrid.

Even in a crap season he contributed to 26 goals, with only Kev on 28 doing more. If he stays in the PL, he's likely to end up in the top 10 all time PL scorers - which isn't bad given he hardly takes pens.

Spurs won’t pay those wages. Nowhere near. So, it would need to be more than 50 million. Personally don’t want to replace an injury prone player with another and I don’t see Pep buying a player of that age. Although he might if he is only staying 2 years

If we get rid of sterling in the deal then I’ll change my vote

injury prone and won the golden boot. Imagine if he was fit

I’ve lots of issues with Pep and the team he picked for the final but no way was he taught a lesson 3 times. On two occasions he played the reserves for fucks sake.

then when it mattered fluffed it. Throwing the two previous game’s got in his head that Chelsea were a lot better than they actually are

sometimes players hit a brick wall at a club and a move away is a good option. sterling has been fantastic for city over the years and a lot of hard work has gone into making him a better forward. i think playing as a lone striker makes him a worst player than coming off the wing and running at people

city need strikers to balance the squad and add goals to the team. if pep feels he can not get anymore out of sterling or jesus in the setup then move them on. can spurs match city wages for sterling or jesus ? maybe a deal with a signing on fee and then a basic spurs wage anther option could be loaning him and a loan fee and pay some of the wage

but i have this feeling Kane does not really want to move but wants improvements at spurs, maybe he will wait to see who they bring in as manager and then see what sort of transfer money he is getting

get haaland in for me and if kane waits and see maybe we could end up with both

Offer spurs mendy, sterling and 60 million in a dpouble deal we'll take Kane and Sergio Reguilon in exchange

I got to say, this Kane deal seems like a very "Un-City" deal. We don't tend to cough up this kind of cash, in particular when the player is already 28 and has a bad injury record especially in April and may when we're going to really need him. It just feels weird.

look at his goals scoring record and the actual games he has missed with injury isn’t as bad as you think plus get Kane good chance we go back to back premier title again! 120m well spent!

Sergio has to be replaced. Going by KAM’s comments he will be replaced with top quality. Unfortunately for city that type of quality is expensive and hard to acquire.

Exceptions must be made.

We are now at this stage, where Levy gives it the big one around the training ground. I expect a few similar stories next day or so.

Then if it does happen, Levy says "I didn't approve it, I am so sad, big bad City gave me no choice" and so on.

All playing out to script. The Spurs audience is the intended target. Levy is probably trying to squeeze a few more million out of us.

City...the disrupters :)

100% agree but I would rather spend the 100m+ on a guy we can have for a good 8-10 years not someone who may have 3-4 good years left in him before we have to go back to the market for another striker.
