I think Kane couldn't have picked a worse time to want a transfer. These gentlemans agreements between players and chairman either don't exist, or do exist but are rarely honoured. Levy will want a value that in any normal year would make most clubs eyes water, but this year, of all years it will surely prove prohibitive to all potential buyers. I don't see us dropping £100m+, I think it would take a player going the other way to give this real legs.What do we all think is a realistic transfer fee for Kane? I can see the club going to £90m absolute maximum. £150m being quoted is just an insane figure, definitely not justifiable.
