No, but I think you are overestimating the draw of la Liga. These things are cyclical - just like Italy was the place to be in the 90's.Haaland's own Father has pretty much stated that he's not going to be someone that stays at a club for a long period of time as he wants to try different leagues. But I suppose you know more by reading your newspapers in Switzerland, right?

"Farcical"?! He has the same number of assists in the league this season already, and there's the small matter of one he got in the CL Semi Final vs Bayern Munich. Kane only started adding that aspect to his game in his late 20s.
Kane right now would be capable of matching him for City, yes. Would he have been when he was 22? Not a chance.
Right now, Kane is at the peak of his powers and Erling is still eligible for young player of the year. That is the only reason you can make a comparison between the two so don't talk to me about nonsense. Kane is the best English striker of his generation: Haaland is doing things the game has never seen before.

When Kane was 22 he got 31 goals and then followed it up with 28 the following season for an average Tottenham side. It's comical that you think he wouldn't score an insane amount of goals for us when he was that age.

Haaland/Dixie Dean is an argument worth having, but kane isn't as good as peak Rooney or shearer.

Kane is twice the player Shearer was. Not as an out and out number 9, but he has far more to his overall game. Rooney was amazing for a few years but peaked at 24/25 and then had to completely change his style of play once he lost his pace. He was a world-class teenager and world-class for a few years after that, and then just a very good player for the remainder of his career.

I'm not disagreeing. Rooney was ridiculous at that age. But he did peak far earlier than most footballers do and, although still very good, was nowhere near that player from about 25 onwards.
