Classic City. Sane may have made a mistake moving to Bayern. He looks nothing like the player he was for us before the injury. Unlucky for sane but it has turned out to be a good transfer for city.

I was expecting him to rip Hungary apart last night, but he was left trailing in the wake of that Hungarian who headed in their second goal. His whole performance last night was quite lacklustre.

That's not the way I read it. I understood it to mean we'd be prepared to wait a year for a striker. Could be anyone. Probably would no longer be Kane. This could be simply mind games by City, leaking a rumour like that.
