That's why you don't make your brother your agent. Any good agent would have foreseen something along these line arising and got something in writing on Harry's last contract.

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if City have been in for Kane for far longer than we realise, and the gentleman's agreement was made with City in mind.

What Levy probably didn't foresee is the Mourinho shitshow. Remember that until last December things were looking good for Tottenham.

Ye that's possible. Maybe didn't expect him to have as good a season as he did either. And despite that finishing out of CL spots. The whole thing blew up in his face really. Wouldn't of expected us to be so determined for him, maybe thought we'd be after Haaland and the rest don't have that sort of money
 
I honestly thought Kane didn't have it in him to kick up a fuss but fair play he is doing what he needs to to get the move.

It could bring it down or it could make Levy stick to his guns and demand £150m.
This ‘gentleman’s agreement’ don’t mean shit if no figures were discussed.

levy was very clever and knew it was just his word vs kane
now levy can just wave the contract at harry and say here you go now go and play for spurs you silly boy
the only way kane gets levy to sell is for the fee he wants. we all know city will not play ball with that daft £150million valuation and city can not speak to kane

now can kane down tools at spurs with the world cup in 15 months time
the england captain needs game time and top quality football and not sat on the bench

i heard that footballers can buy-out the contract at the club he plays for ? maybe kane could go down that route if its possible in the premier league. but again levy would be slapping court orders on kane and that would take time

city should say look lets talk and maybe a deal to suit both clubs can be done for the benefit of the player
so lets say city would be willing to up the offer from £100million and put add-ons that if kane reaches then the fee would be upped

Not for me if kane holds his nerve levy will shit his pants an unhappy player not giving his all is of no use to spurs. As for the world Cup it's 18 months away and even if kane didn't play for 18 months he would still be 1st name on the team sheet. No need for city to up any bid in fact I would be lowering it the longer levy drags it out.
