We’ll never know will we, we would’ve paid around £100 mill. Probably no more. On previous form he’d have been worth it.
We can’t know for sure his form is down to not getting his move. Seems most likely though it has, than the alternative that between last season and this he’s become shit.

He probably had other things on his mind, like where he was going to build his trophy cabinet, then after losing the final, the rest cam crashing down with Levy's antics.

I personally wanted him, well a quality striker at least, because I am confident that we would have been clear at the top by now. Who knows how this whole saga has affected him, but I believe it is pretty obvious that his world has fallen apart without getting the move.

Would he be worth a cheeky cut-price bid in January? I really don't know, but they always say form is temporary and quality not. I am not a Kane fan by any means, would much prefer Haaland, but I did feel he could do a job for us in our system, and his goal record for a "not so great" Spurs team is excellent.

That was a potential City front 3 last night with Kane. A City right hand side in support. Front 3 looked shambollocks apart from the occasional sparkle from Grealish. It was a chance for Kane to show his true self. All this against a bang average side. As someone backing this move in the summer I think we may well have got lucky not signing him. Raheem also needs a fresh challenge.
