I saw part of the interview Maguire did and he had his eyes looking down the whole time except for the odd occasion. He looked like he was lying through his teeth, it would be interesting what a body language expert made of it. Also if his sister had been injected with some sort of drug, wouldn't she have gone to hospital, wouldn't there have been a mark on her arm, some sort of proof?

Despite being coached by the rags' PR department and lawyers and even Roan himself, his lack of eye contact with either the camera or Roan and his general shiftiness made it as clear as day that he was lying.

As far as his sister's concerned even a bimbo like her would have realised that she needed to get checked out in hospital for whatever was allegedly injected into her as well as for Hepatitis B/C and HIV from a potentially dirty needle. .
