Gone cold here today so the log burner has been on for last hour. Hoping a stray spark hits the Xmas tree that the missus struggled to put up this morning and burns it down so I can watch her struggle again tomorrow… :-)

It’s good having a liturgically correct wife. Christmastide begins on the eve of the celebration, so our tree goes up on 24th December.

Sadly, it stays until Feb 1st, the eve of Candlemas.
