Has anyone put their central heating on yet?

Blimey Kaz, thought you lived in balmy Cornwall not on Dartmoor.
Brighton way , has to be very cold to get snow down here , everything in the garden has been frozen solid for a week , nice to see snow from the inside of course , poor birdies , the fat balls just freeze solid , having to feed them everyday as they cznt get to the worms

Lag it and make sure it’s minimum of 22mm
It's outside and has been made part of the waste (40mm) pipe system (they used an adaptor) from washing machine and a shower and sink ....whoever fitted it hadnt put a slope on the pipe into the drain and it was standing water inside and clearly froze up. I've changed the way its been fitted so it slopes down now. Hopefully will work.

Used £45 of gas in the last 5 days! That’s with it set at about 19 degrees in a 3 bed house with a brand new efficient 24kwh combi what a piss take!
