Cold snap continues , heating on for a few mornings now, ignoring the cost best i can , just checked my edf account , one bit says i am £135 in credit but another bit says £600, no bill till may i think, they dont make it easy for twats like me to follow

On for an hour from 6.00ish in the morning then the log burner from tea time till 9ish.
Trailer full of logs costs £70 and lasts us about 6 weeks. 3 bags of kindling about £10 plus any bits we find or cut up ourselves.

one of Mrs Beers ancestors must have been a stoker on the Titanic. Every time I leave the room another log or shovel of coal seems to appear on the fire. We fell out when I started to number the logs with a felt tip.

Turned the heating off at the job I was on today. Pillocks have the heating set to 72f and they don't even live there yet. My house is set at 65f and I lie around in my grunts doing fuck all.
