Has it disappointed you that were not expanding the stadium,

You can see some empty spots still during important games , focus on that first.

These are sold seats and people not turning up, so the only focus on that should be a ticket exchange system.

Not only that, i wouldn't mind if City were able to "resell" these empty seats for extra dough, that is if the original ticket-holder confirmed before-hand that they or someone else would not make it to the match. (similar to the international airlines policy, wherein you have to confirm your seat 48 hrs prior, even if you have already bought the ticket)..

I bet we could sell out a 60,000 seated stadium for 90% of league games

Think that's pushing it but we could get 60,000 for United/Arsenal/Chelsea/Spurs/maybe Liverpool, especially as away allocation would probably be expanded a bit too.

Who gives a f*ck if it says sold out and there's a few empty seats here and there. We'll expand when we need to expand and right now there is no need to do that. Only rags should find this thread interesting and there looks to be one or two in here commenting on it.

Which is exactly what we have and has been confirmed by the club at points of blue.

You'd know that if you went to any big big blue.

Did you mean to put a comma after any ?.... If so it changes the context, one would be sarcasm, the other just suggests im a 15ft blue thing.. thanks.

But well done, you now measure how big a fan is by how many time's he/she attends a meeting.. what next ? how many times you post on a forum ?

i feel so foolish now super blue Swp has pointed that out, i feel a right dick going all those games now.
Fucking lol, you were the one suggesting a poster doesn't go to home games as often as you.

Irony lost on you I take it.

Point still stands, club say you are wrong.

More a point of observation that i see it every week. Seem's strange the person i was responding to took it without offence, but alas it seem's to have triggered a period in you.

Since your point still stand's look at the two other post's on here that clearly contradict what you said... or are they making it up ?

Or if as ever, are you just being a bit of a pleb.

Yes they are wrong. They couldn't be more wrong.

Are you really such a plank as to think the club would forgo extra revenue simply to have the fun of putting "sold out" signs up weeks in advance of a game?

What would be the point? Seriously?

They would also have to make up the attendance figures (which are always the sold numbers) and would end up having to pay tax on non-existent income.

I don't think you have thought this through have you.

Before expansion we need to address the issue of Congestion and Empty Seats.

Hopefully the new Tram system will decrease traffic volumes
Hopefully the club listens, and they introduce a Ticket exchange System so those unsold SC's are snapped up.

Once inplace - then I feel we are ready for stadium expansion.

I'm confident in that we could fill a 60k stadium for league games, if seats are there people will come... Supply & Demand.

Will probably be up for consideration this summer, every league game with the possible exception of West Brom (there weren't many left, unknown if they sold the last on the day) has sold out so there's demand for league games. Cups are a different story but most clubs have empty seats for cup games, even Champions League games (United and Chelsea had non-sell outs this season).

All Champions league games were sold out!

The SC aren't unsold mate. Just SC holders that can't make it to every game. If that's what you meant then fair enough.

There are a number of blues on here that have said they can only get to 5 or 6 games per season as they live away etc. You are right though, a ticket exchange system is needed.
