Is this known as Rabbit Covid?Apparently, fresh rabbit is seasonal because a rabbit full of baby bunnies is not an attractive prospect.
In the 80's, you could get frozen, filleted, Chinese rabbit which was convenient if not as flavoursome as fresh. It was banned though, because of disease.
I think you can still get it from Frost's in Chorlton.
Do it with smokey bacon, white wine, onions, mushrooms and herbs. Beautiful!
