That's fair enough re: your latter point. I was just noting that I have been consistent on this. I'm in no way, singling out Balotelli on the points made. He has singled himself out. But I do take your point completely on board re: Tevez and the transfer request, although, I still dont think we know the full story about that yet, and I suspect we won't until he leaves in summer
i dont think we ever will find out the
real reason for the transfer request.
and balo is a prime target for newspapers ect because he has been sent off ect and also the
papers making up bullshit about he wants to go home without any quotes!i dont think we will see the best of him till next season same for dzeko!
Balotelli, a lifelong fan of Milan, said to Mediaset: "The likelihood is that I will be at City up to June.
"I have a five-year contract and I can't say anything."
Speculation intensified over Balotelli's future after the 20-year-old striker was spotted on Sunday night having supper with AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani in a restaurant in Milan.
"It's true that I had supper with (Adriano) Galliani after the (Milan) derby," Balotelli said.
"But had I eaten with (Inter president Massimo) Moratti the media would have said that I was going to Inter."
Balotelli did, however, state that he and AC Milan forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic would form a dream partnership.
"Ibrahimovic and I would make a very strong (attacking) duo," he said.

We can debate all day about the context. But ultimately, he hasn't done himself any favours in relation to PR, by talking about AC Milan, Ibrahimovic, and being at City until June. Why say that, and then have to qualify it by saying you have a 5 year contract. Add to that, he's been seen with an AC Milan shirt when playing for Inter. These things do not warm the hearts of supporters. Additionally, they create a narrative, which basically suggests, I'm only bothered about Mario Balotelli, and I will only ever do what is right for Mario Balotelli. Fast forward to last week, and then he does a cowardly tackle which again, has no consideration for anyone else at Manchester City football club.
What we get on here by the self deceived, is 'oh, so what, he supports them, FFS! players dine with chairmen all the time, FFS'.
Okay
