Heatwave Europe

Friend of my daughter is there at the moment and been evacuated. Spent last night in a hall on a mattress and now looking like heading home. Only been there 3 days.
 
Hardly cold is it haha, rather this than what the meds going through tbf.

It’s cold for July. Raining, 12 degrees and fucking miserable today. Ha, ha!

As for Europe, it isn’t all baking in a heatwave. Bar the Med, much of Europe is having a nice Summer.

We’re just unlucky in Manchester that the Atlantic Jetstream has a huge and negative effect on our annual weather.

True, but they aren't being started for the benefit of the soil.
The Aborigines used to start managed fires in the Australian bush and had done for thousands of years, Then the Ozzy government and the green do gooders put a stop to it. The result were those horrendous bush fires.
