Seeing it as a commuter if you're stuck in traffic and you see that plume of smoke, yes it will be the natural thing to think in these sad times. I don't think Horshamblue was referring to that though, although I may be wrong.
Irony actually.

Much more likely to die in a freak accident than be killed by any of those natives we're over in Afghanistan trying to kill, and their family, friends, neighbours and, well, just anyone who gets in the way of a drone's missile.
Obviously this has so much to do with what has happened

They had some absolute bell hole on radio 1 moaning because she was 40 mins late for her last day at work, what a crank
