Hi Fi

If you mean Sonos you 100% need to buy the subwoofer.
Sorry yes I did, Sonos. I listened to the sub, and it sounds great but its just under £700 and I had already blown my budget. And to be honest the speakers are pretty bassy as they are IMHO.

I've recently upgraded (2 weeks ago) from my Silver 50 to the Revel Concerta2 M16. Big difference. These are classed as bookshelf but at 37cm tall they put a floorstander to the test.

Listening to Animals on Tidal Connect and it's fantastic.

You'll probably find those speakers suit your room better.

You're lucky if they sound good in your room. Many folk think that higher quality (more expensive) kit will always sound better, but it's not often the case. Sometimes the room is just not suited to a particular driver/cabinet combination because of the shape of the room or the way the bass response interacts with the rest of the frequencies in the room.

Yeah. And in these times it's hard to get a listening experience. You can find videos on YouTube that give dimensions of rooms and speakers that match, which helps.
