Hiddink Yes or No

No. Judge Hughes end of the season.

I'm with this guy. Of course if things hit the fan before then and it's OBVIOUS Hughes isnt tha man. If Hughes can buy well in January, we could become very dangerous. Imo we are only 1-2 players away from a great team.

Sorry we are already a good team and Hughes does not need to buy any more. He just needs to manage what we have better.

When you think Liverpool have Torres and Kuyt and we have Robinho, Tevez, Ade, RSC and Bellamy.

There are no excuses. Hughes is poor and we see it every week. We can all see we have a squad littered with quality. Today's bench. Tevez, RSC, Weiss, Johnson, Ned.

If suddenly Hughes fell out of favour with Cook. Would Arsenal, Liverpool, Villa or Spurs be interested in taking Hughes? No. Would they be interested in Hiddink? Of course they would.

Therein lies the problem. However to get rid would seem extremely ruthless. I mean Villa wont sack O'Neill just because Gus is available. And Redknapp is safe too despite not being Hiddink's equal. My guess is he will end up at Liverpool.

At the age he is,I just cant see Hiddink going to a club like Liverpool with no real transfer budget.

Unless his first act as Liverpool manager is to sell us Torres in January....;-)

lets see where end up, the only snag is if another top club nab him and we end up needing a change in may.

Why would we need a change in May?

I thought Hughes was doing a great job and the second half of the season would be even better as we "gell".

I always thought you were a big supporter of the manager?

We all know that Russia didn't make it to the world cup and there's a chance he might become available.

First is he too old to take us forward as we really need someone who is here for the long haul and does his age count against him?
Yes he is. I want someone who will be around for 10 years or more.

If he doesn't finish in the top 6 then he's out. I'm a supporter of the manager but that's the target he was set. No inconsistency there. I actually think some would be delighted to see us finish 7th or 8th.

Why this obsession with having a manager around for 10 years.

Is this because United do it this way? If so I'd rather not thank you. Lets just get people in who can do the job now. If we keep worrying about a dynasty we might end up with nowt.
