They paid the price that day for previous hooliganism at the time, which is a geat shame, but thats the way it was, though the coverup afterwards was nothing short of shocking
They paid the price for poor policing, letting a match go ahead in a stadium that wasn't safe and then the blame ever since.
This is about hillsborough nothing else, if they play the victim on anything else I'm not bothered but I would imagine it would seem like most things are against you when it has to take 23 years to clear your name.
