Feel gutted for the ref. He put in a great 90 minute shift for his team only for one careless moment by a teammate to fuck it all up for him. His strikers not getting near enough our box to fall over for a penalty must have been frustrating as well.

Shocking ref but in the end the three points we desperately needed were achieved.

For me too many changes of personnel and formation changes this season. Laporte struggled last season at Anfield on the left so lets hope this was not his audition for that role on sunday.

Bit lacklustre second half and no where near last seasons standards. Convinced more consistent performances will come with more consistent formation and team selections.

Agree with that,we are making too many changes each game..need to stay more consistent with our tactics and line-up.PRetty sure we will invest a lot more next season to try to replace players like Kompany and Ferandinho and maybe even in the attacking side

Job done despite the utterly corrupt ref... Nailed on pen too.. We do need to be more clinical though, despite that refs ****ishness we should have won that at a canter.. John Stones was immense when he came on, as for our magic man, worlds fail me, only Tina Turner could describe him ...!
