Just phoned to see what is going with tickets being posted.
They said that if ours haven't been received by Friday we have to call back to arrange collection at the stadium on the day of the game!!!
They get better and better.

I went in to the ticket office last week and asked about the Oxford tickets and got the exact same response you did.Just phoned to see what is going with tickets being posted.

Got an email saying it was overbooked and I hadn’t been lucky, but I’d heard this morning it might have been cancelled. Not heard anything else since though.??? Sure you don’t mean sold out ?

I'm taking a train journey from St. Pancras on Tuesday morning all the way to Sensheim, (five trains) arriving 3pm local time. I will get trains back after the match and arrive back in London at 12:00 on Wednesday. Is anyone planning the same or similar?
I'm doing it all by train but breaking up my journey a bit. Got Sunday night in Aachen & Monday & Tuesday nights in Mannheim.

We are obviously at the game Saturday, so I may enquire about picking them up then if they haven't been posted.

My mate got his ticket from a supporters club and he's been told he has to pick it up from the ticket office :( never heard of this 1 before.
The Ticket Secretary in your mate’s Supoorters Club will have requested that they collect the tickets. The default way of receiving SC tickets is through the post as you know. As long as your mate knows the name of the person in charge of ordering tickets in their Branch, they won’t be an issue collecting the tickets.

True mate. I think some posters said (last season) that late distribution was a deliberate policy to make it harder for people to sell on Tickets. I’ve no idea if this is the case.
