Hoffenheim away travel

Just had a mail saying tickets on their way . I may be able to stop flapping now.
Yep just checked and I have the same.
What shocks me is their ‘if your tickets have not arrived by Monday 1st October please contact Supporter Services’.
So is that their aim, to get them to fans the day before an away game in Europe, fucking clueless.

Also had an email saying tickets on the way and if they aren't here by Monday to call supporters services ffs. Also got an email off Thomas cook saying I'm on the flight but as yet no details of times etc.

It really is a head scratcher isn't it, while things are improving ten fold on the pitch the treatment and dealing with paying customers has gone backwards since the takeover, it's starting to become embarrassing on how poor we actually are in that department

There is a S (regional train) every half an hour from Heidelberg to Sinsheim(Arena) - usually at 3 or 4 after the hour and at 31 minutes after the hour (takes about 35 minutes).

Back I right now just see a train at 22:47 - and then in the morning again - but I guess that is just the schedule for the days without matches.

What are your interests? The Wednesday - 3rd of October - is a national holiday in Germany.

But - what for Munich is the Octoberfest are the "Cannstadter Wasen" for Stuttgart...

In is not the biggest - but the second biggest Volksfest in the world...
Really helpful this - my wife and I are staying in Heidelberg Monday - Thursday

So getting to the match and back will not be a problem at all it seems

I had an email today saying:

"Sorry I have just had a note from the fulfilment team that there has been a slight delay with some of the Hoffenheim tickets and as such they will be posted out Tracked 24 today so should be with you tomorrow or Friday at the very latest."

Any news on the Thomas Cook flight? Had to ring them today after booking on the official day trip as had no confirmation email, only to be told application not accepted. I was told over the phone on Saturday there'd be no problem with the flight and it'd only be cancelled if not enough uptake. Bought match tickets and booked onto the Thomas Cook package on Saturday (22nd Sept) still no sign of the match tickets either.

I got an email off them on my way to Oxford telling me I didn't have a place because I hadn't bought a ticket, even though I had. I rung city and they said they cant understand the email because I definitely have a ticket but Thomas Cook was over subscribed so they've had to cancel quite a few people.

Can’t they just get a bigger plane , thought we were sponsored by an airline . The owners want us to win this competition more than anything , would of thought the more fans we have out there , the better

I agree completely but they obviously don't give a shit, I'm now staying one night in Frankfurt anyway. I'm booked on Lyon with Thomas Cook but after that I wont be using them again.

Have you receive the physical ticket yet?
