Why would it be?

Much also would depend on your circumstances anyway.

I personally would be wary of doing anything long haul this year. As for Europe its a case of keeping an eye on how things are progressing. As it stands I personally will be happy to give it a go and see how a trip works out, I am probably going to try a couple of days early July just to see what kind of ball ache the airports are before possibly heading off in August or September with the good lady.

no i dont think it would be. I am considering a trip in August.

If there is a resurgence in September/October as we head towards autumn, i think there'll be some finger pointing towards those who travelled

I read that if the govt lift the quarantine they plan to swab everyone returning at the airports.
What a nightmare that will be.
It’ll take hours getting through.

If there is a resurgence anytime there will be no end of finger pointing. I do think if there is no big flare up apparent in the next week or two after all the BLM and associated goings on, plus street parties, raves, and 15mile queues for a big mac there is less likely to be one at all.

I am not going to claim I wont have some concerns when going anywhere this year but I am sort of thinking someone has to get the ball rolling again and I am daft enough to be amongst the first (as it cheap), need some Amber Leaf, and its going to piss down here....loads. The final point I make would quite possibly not stop me flying if Boris introduced mandatory rubber glove treatment both leaving and arriving!

Just had confirmation our hotel is definitely closed at the end of July in Lanzarote. Not sure where we stand in getting money back with Ryan Air (now we have to cancel) .We took Travel Insurance out before COVID 19 but not sure if its void because of the Pandemic. Looks like a lot of ringing around has to be done.

Any suggestions for Berlin? I stay in Mitte as usual but have really struggled for good nightlife. Is there not a strip of bars and pubs together like the Altstadt in Düsseldorf?

if ryanair are flying you wont get your cash from them, you will from your hotel as policies before Covid 19 should pay up.

If you booked flights and hotel separately you are not entitled to cancel with Ryanair.
You bought a flight, they are flying.
You can claim the hotel off the insurance if it covered you for pandemics before hand. Not all did.

Any Norwegian's here?

Got a trip booked to see multiple fjords mid August.

Really hoping an air bridge will eventually be opened up between the two countries by then.

Anyone know of any info Norway speaking?

Easy Jet prices are ridiculously cheap at the moment. Booked 2 return flights to Glasgow from Bristol, in September, including seat booking, £98 all in. It's going to cost me more to park the car.

nowhere like the altstadt in dusseldorf but oranienstrabe and weserstrabe are possibly your best bet.
