A week in Newquay coming up for a mates wedding then two weeks on a USA West Coast cruise starting in Vancouver then a quick trip to see our kid and the family in Torrevieja where I’ll hopefully squeeze a couple of rounds of golf in

Not even gone on our first holiday since lockdown which will be in October to Cyprus and the wife has just booked Turkey for next October!

A week on Mallorca for the family and I next week.
First holiday post covid and all I can say is fuck me! Dunno if it’s inflation or the fact I now have three kids, but every holiday I looked at was ridiculously expensive.
I hope it’s a good one, otherwise we’ll be camping in the garden next year.

Had several UK holidays since covid started, Somerset for a week, SW Wales, Lake district for New Year, NE coast last Feb, Derbyshire dales, then a week in the Black Forest earlier this summer. Nothing else booked for this year at the moment. Got 2 weeks in Jamaica next March/April for a significant anniversary, first time flying since covid started.

Not until next May, but booked some relatively cheap flights to Sarajevo the other night.
It's a destination that has appealed to me more and more in recent years, and I'm more determined than ever to get to all these places that I've fancied going to but not got round to doing.
Bit off the beaten track so not expecting too much first hand experience, but I know BM is a well travelled forum and perhaps someone here has been and can advise the best things to do/things not to be missed?
Only got 3 days there so not a huge window of opportunity, already eyed up a couple of the war based tours but would be interested to hear of anything else worth seeing/doing.
I will be mentioning Dzeko to anyone who will listen!

October fly to Cologne.
Train to Wuppertal then o/n in Hannover.
Off to Wernigerode for 2 nights, Dresden 2 nights and Berlin final night.
Fly back to Manch.
