By submarine, plane, or did you mean Granada? Was supposed to be going to Spain. Malaga first then driving tour to Grenada, Cordoba and Seville before returning to Malaga for the final few days.
However Her Indoors was ill so the Spanish trip was cancelled and we're enjoying a week in Madeira instead. Great place but too much made of CRap7 and the roads make Jutland Street look like a slight incline.
Did a week in playa blanca last month, our first visit to Lanzarote was very nice but very windy a lot of the timeI've just booked for playa blanca in lanzarote for next summer
They know you Brits are trouble makersCurrently in Mexico at Catalonia playa Maroma. It's pissed down monsoon style for the last few days until today but still as hot as the bowels of hell. Food is excellent, drinks delicious.
Airport security not for the faint of heart though. What a shit show. I thought Manchester was bad till I've been here. 3 hour queue just for passport stamp, then bag search, then bag scanners then, for good measure they rifle through your bags again, then comes the drug dogs to sniff you up and down.
Always windy there bud, especially that part of the island.Did a week in playa blanca last month, our first visit to Lanzarote was very nice but very windy a lot of the time
Yes seems doable .. been to Tenerife before. Will have to start looking
I’ve stayed next door to that hotel…gorgeous Maroma beach. We travel to Mexico a lot. At Cancun Airport the terminals have different procedures for arrivals. We fly BA into Terminal 3 - no immigration forms, short queues, some e-gates, no bag scanners or traffic light system just a walk past customs officials who occasionally ask about cigarettes/tobacco (they stop about 1/100 for a Quick Look in bags). Generally get through in no time. TUI fly into Terminal 2 which still has bag scanners etc a real pain in the arse. Well worth looking at BA flights/holidays in my experience usually a bit cheaper than TUI and a free bar during the flights !Currently in Mexico at Catalonia playa Maroma.
