Got friends stuck in Nepal. Nightmare for them. 80 plus year old parents with them. Visas have had to be renewed, critical meds ran out and had to be sourced. All four should have been back last Tuesday. The best they have been able to do so far is get one seat out via India on the 18th!

Just got home from Cape Town International airport. Even there they are noticing the knock down effects of the “War” in Iran regarding flights.
How was the holiday mate, all you thought it would be?

Nothing to do with the match but we 've got another trip to Madrid this week. This time we're using it as a base to set off for a couple of nights in the historic city of Leon. Pity the weather looks poor for this trip,
Madrid + Spanish trains makes the city a fantastic place to see a lot of the country. We've done day trips to both Segovia and Toledo and last month did Santiago de Compostella. In the future we'll do Salamanca, Avila, El Escorial and Aranjuez.

Off to Belek 2 weeks on Friday, hopefully that fucking orange bellend finds something else to play with in the coming weeks, im sure Turkey will be fine just cant be arsed with any flight disruptions etc once were there

We are booked to go to France this summer. Driving and Dover-Calais ferry. Its 797 miles. Going in July to, probably going to cost me more in petrol than I thought.

Fabulous @discopop.How was the holiday mate, all you thought it would be?
Four very good excursions out to Robben Island, Cape of Good Hope, Table Mountain and Aquila nature reserve.
Camps Bay has everything in terms of restaurants, convenience stores and of course Dizzies Bar.
Dinner at the Codfather was a highlight.
The indigenous Africans are a pleasure.

No not flight delays for us but the availability of seats for people trying to get home.What kind of effects mate? Just flight delays?
Ours were pre-booked but we spoke to a member of the Virgin team. The day before we left they were approx 100 seats left but ended up over booked with people hoping for cancellations.
