Gather a team of experts who can work together and listen to each other and be able to debate and discuss and invent ideas for one common cause, which is to be the best Club in World football. As much as I appreciate Bobby for what he has achieved, can anyone see him fitting in with that ethos !?
That may work in running a company not football, every decision is delicately balanced, one player, one transfer can make or break a season.
