My take ..
Gather a team of experts who can work together and listen to each other and be able to debate and discuss and invent ideas for one common cause, which is to be the best Club in World football. As much as I appreciate Bobby for what he has achieved, can anyone see him fitting in with that ethos !?
That may work in running a company not football, every decision is delicately balanced, one player, one transfer can make or break a season.
Do you have a point?

I have a point, we are in the fortunate position of being able to employ some of the Worlds best football brains who can work as a team, who collectively can maybe come up with better decisions than just one man. Who ever is chosen as manager maybe needs to embellish this and grow with it, perhaps this is the way forward. Im certainly not going to abandon ship, I am confident the owners want the same as we do, without them this would all be a distant dream !

No... thats an earthquake.. ;)

We need a manager that will reign in these money men or else we are in for a hard fall.

He'll have minimal to nil input into signings and he'll just be given a squad and told to coach it to win trophies.

I'm impressed that you've been able to compress so much shite into so few words ;)
