Holistic approach

What does this 'holistic approach' mean?
We are City, not Barca, what I expect from City is City's style, not that spanish club style
If we become Barca 2.0, then we are destined to be slaughted by those Germans in the CL?
FFS, has Bethlem Royal opened its doors

If it the holistic approach they want why let Guardiola go if they knew this was coming, these guys are supposed to think/know Guardiola is the best coach in the world for bringing the youth system through the ranks

Newsflash mate. We're not the only attractive offer in world football. Prospective managers we approach aren't guaranteed to come!

I am admirer of English football. Shankly said theres a holy trinity of football manager, player, and fans. This is especially so in English football. This kind of stuff works in Spain. Look at when Mourinho tried to impose the English styled structure make himself no 1 man in Spain it ended up in failure and blew up in his face. The culture is ingrained and one must respect it to succeed.

Very true, but I bet there is an orderly (virtual) queue forming right now around the world.

Don't be foooled by the media - this is one of the THE top jobs in the world of football.

Maybe they meant a 'holographic' approach?

Here's the new man now:

Holistic approach -

My take ..

Gather a team of experts who can work together and listen to each other and be able to debate and discuss and invent ideas for one common cause, which is to be the best Club in World football. As much as I appreciate Bobby for what he has achieved, can anyone see him fitting in with that ethos !?

And one day Pep may end up as manager of it, as he is young enough, & said AFTER he took the Bayern job, that he hopes to come to the Premier League in the future. Now he has to prove he can hack it outside Barca.

If the 'holistic approach' is to be followed this means that the Cheeky Boys will be running everything. The new manager won't be a manager at all, he'll just be the head coach. He'll have minimal to nil input into signings and he'll just be given a squad and told to coach it to win trophies.
