Yes, I saw a Spurs fan stabbed/slashed in the coach park. Game didn't matter after seeing that. I got blind sided on Wembley Way before the match.

I was at both. Maybe I was lucky at the members final but 81 was something I’ll never forget. A group of us saved a copper from getting battered by spurs in the coach park after the game. There was mass brawls everywhere and it was a long old journey home with no windows in our coach.

22 of us from Heywood got back to our hire van which we had parked on Broadwater farm estate after spurs game 1990 and had a nightmare and half.
Van trashed, calling cards left then the ambush.
Held our own until their mobbed trebled and 1 plod with his dog saw the fighting and radioed for assistance.
The met were great, secured the area, let us get 2 tyres sorted at the nearest garage then escorted us out of North London.
