How do we resolve the Brexit mess?

Pre Brexit we had Cameron, Brown, Blair, Major and Thatcher.

Thatcher became Prime Minister in 1979.

It is.

Though I prefer to compare it to the rags, seemingly they had everything ticking along nicely, but under the surface things were rotting, delusion set in, lies ramped up, and they drove off a cliff singing "Glory, Glory Man....
 
Sunak at the CBI and painting himself into a corner in a homage to Theresa May. Also, NI relies on alignment with EU laws which last time I looked was in the UK.

’Under my leadership the United Kingdom will not pursue any relationship with Europe that relies on alignment with EU laws," says Rishi Sunak, who says Brexit will deliver "enormous benefit" for the British people.

The rest of his speech was all a bit Baghdad Bob. Sunak did ask business to tell him what they need. They wanted alignment with EU laws and greater access to the European labour market. You can guess the rest.
