Those figures are from 2019, when we were still in the EU.
We sort of left in 2020, and I think you'll find those reports aren't relevant since those halcyon days of frictionless cross border trade.
Have a look at the export figures today, and ask yourself why import controls are still not being imposed?
Maybe it's because the shortages would be so extreme the narrative of brexit and 'bringing back control' would be exposed for the bullshit it always was, and ask anyone involved in sending goods from the UK into the EU how they are 'prospering mightlily' since we left the EU?
