How Do You Solve A Problem Like Mancini?

Easy, just tell him to give the boys more shooting practice, preferably involving moving obstacles. If we could shoot on sight (like Bale and RVP), the chances are that more goals will be scored. In their defence, at least Yaya and Milner did try occasionally. Practice makes perfect.

I'm pretty sure this will have occurred to him.

We shoot more than enough times in the area. Sadly they're all blocked or the shoots are powder puff stuff. It's shots from 25+ yards we need more off. Only Milner tried any at Sunderland at that was only from the 80th minute. Sadly both of them were high, wide and not particularly handsome.

The build up is so slow the opposing backs have got time to role a cigarette before leisurely assemblng in the penalty area to park the bus.
There is no game plan in place, it's 'make it up as you go along'.
Definitely look at United's attacking strategy.
Mancinis strategies are suspect, no one has better players at their disposal.

Why is Carlos always wanting to take one last touch rather than hitting it first time if its there to be hit? I notice he's been doing it a lot this season. Not as confident in front of goal this season. God knows why.

hmmm tough one but mebber you let him carry on doing this:

Because we absolutely hate winning silverware, Balti. This is not the City way.

You sign Pep Guardiola before United do.

If Pep was forced to make a choice between the City and the neighbours, he would go with the neighbours. rags have a well developed hierachy in the club, managment that will support the manager in building up and developing teams and obedient players. Poor Mancini has to work with fvckwit Tevez, complete idiot Balo, cry baby Dzeko and more than a few other spoilt little rats. Mancini deserves far more credit than he gets, those mentioned would not last more than 5 minutes with bacon face. Imagine if Van Persie fvcked of to Netherlands for a few months to play golf during the season, bacon face would make sure he never got within 5 miles of the squad, or, if Hernandez pulled a stunt every week, bacon face would have him kicked out of the country etc etc. Same thing could be said for Barca, imagine Messi, Xavi or Iniesta causing trouble, it's simply unthinkable!! Ibrahimovic is better than any one of the City front four and still had his arse kicked out from Barca, City players are way to ignorant to accept that no player is bigger than the club. It's not just Barca or the rags, look at all the top teams in Europe. Roberto needs to put the entire team in their place with the support from the club and fans. It is better to lose one season in building up authority and team values than to bow to pressure to win at all cost.

I agree! Imagine if we sack RM in the summer and go in for PG and he chooses the rags instead?
And regarding the behaviour of certain players this all balls down to not being fit to wear the shirt again.
Something needs to happen - I see alot of Mancinis silly decisions like he is clutching at straws. It makes you think is he making stupid decisions because the pressure is getting to him?

Think he may need to see that what works in England is the united way. .

*vomits*

Didn't go so well for you last season though.

Their defence is an absolute shambles anyway. Bossed at home by Newcastle!
