Love cooking, the whole process is so rewarding.
Make my own flat bread for souvlakis, chapatis for home made curries and knock out i good roast dinner (Yorkshire puds, homemade).
If you can read, you can cook.
How hard can it be to follow a recipe?

Not hard. How hard is it to visualize an amount of ingredients to make your OWN recipe? That is what a good cook should be asking!

-- Sat Jul 09, 2011 11:40 pm --

Maybe he (or she) only cooks venison.

Just now i've rustled up my own tomato sauce using garlic, onion, oregano, water, milk and passata. That's simmering away now with some homemade meatballs waiting to be dropped in one, by one. That will cook for an hour or so until the sauce is thick, then i'm gong to scoff the fucking lot.
