How is everyone coping?

I am working my arse of I have stopped strimming now my back is on so much pain. With have no risk assessment, we dint even record over strimming time for white figure. I record mine but the council dont. Its things like this that do my head in.

i can relate to a few posts on here. Depression is a killer literally. Esp when things dont go your way. My two cents would be to take time out from your everyday norm. Change it up a bit. Look after your health. Gym, treadmills, early morning runs, football etc.

Find some groups near you to join and participate in - use this site http://www.meetup.com. All sorts going on pretty much everywhere.

And finally realise there is a purpose in this life.... find it.

Sounds fabulous, I love Cornwall. Done quite a few coastal walks there.

It’s 30 years since I’ve been here as a kid and totally forgot how amazing it is. Stunning countryside, amazing beaches and some lovely little fishing towns. Definitely will be coming back now.
 
People might think it’s chavvy but we have a hot tub, it’s just a huge paddling pool been glorious in this weather, tunes on in the garden, beer flowing, as soon as my daughter finishes school she’s in every night. I keep on top of it with cleaning and chemicals it’s mint. Mind set is brilliant and we are getting a puppy on Sunday she doesn’t know about, retiring soon, life is great at the moment,
