He’s been like that a lot in his short career so far. Seems to hit the ground running, scoring for fun at the start of each season or at a new club, then it calms down to a more normal but still very good rate to end the season.

2020-21: 16 goals in 13 games up to the Winter break, then 8 goals in 13 to the end of the season with 8 goalles games.
2021-22: 14 goals in 14 games up to the Winter break, then 8 in 13 to the end of the season with 8 goalles games.
2022-23: 23 goals in 15 games for City up to the World Cup, then 9 in 13 games since the WC with 7 goalless games.
